Give-away: Week 4.

"Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes clean to the bone."
~Dorothy Parker

Sorry this took so long but I finally got the 4th and final giveaway prepared. Things have been crazy hectic with Christmas coming so I was a bit slow. But I made it just before the week ended, barely.

So what is this week's giveaway? You ask? A beautiful jar of hand-made scented salt scrub made with epsom salts, olive oil, and a blend of essential oils called escape. It's all natural and feels and smells great!

One lucky reader who comments on this post telling me about their favorite holiday cookie/sweet (yes I know it doesn't really go with the prize, but I want to know about yummy things!) will win the jar of salt scrub. Sadly it won't make it by Christmas but I purposefully made it non-Christmas-y to enjoy all year round! Leave your comment by noon on Sunday Dec 21 to be entered in the random drawing. As always, make sure you leave some way for me to contact you in case you're the winner!

I really can't wait to read about your holiday cookies! This weekend is a baking weekend for me, so I'll tell you all about my holiday goodies next week!

my fav christmas treat is the date but sticks my mom makes only at christmas. the recipe was passed down from my great grand aunt, and since i am the oldest daughter, will one day be passed to me.

Too bad i only get them once a year and I already have eaten though my supply. I am begging my mom to make me more for christmas eve!

My favorite holiday treat is a recipe called Angelicas. It is a round cookie made with lots of butter, little sugar, pecans and rolled in powdered sugar after baked. Kind of like a Sandie but much better. Rich and loaded with calories but so worth it!!!

My favorite Christmas treat are the decadent drops my college friend used to make. It wasn't until I begged and pleaded for several years that she finally gave me the recipe. So now I make a huge batch in December and give away to family and friends. Thanks for the chance to enter!

I like that Dorothy Parker quote. Appropriate to your gift! This weekend here is a snowy one, 8-14 inches falling today, with more again on Sunday. We're just about snowed in. Thanks for visiting my blog, enjoyed browsing here!

I saw your Holly cookies up there... those look like fun for the kids to help. They liked helping me make cut-out cookies.
My favorite treat are Mexican wedding cakes (I've seen them called russian tea cakes and other things). My mom makes them every year and I gobble them up. I made some myself this year and while a tad salty, I still love them!
